摘要
本文对铸钢件保温冒口的作用机理、保温冒口套的综合评价、保温套及复盖剂所用材料的种类、保温套的制作及尺寸计算方法等给予全面的介绍和分析。还介绍和比较了单、双面保温补贴的设计方法。
A Summary review of insulating risers for steel casting is presented in this paper. The action mechanism of insulating risers, the evaluation method for insulating riser sleeves, the characteristics of the materials and the covers used in the sleeves, the preporation and computation of the size of insulating riser sleeves are all introduced and analysed in detail. The computation method for one sided and two sided insulating aids is also introduced in the paper.
