摘要
利用复合形法和内点惩罚函数法(无约束优化方法采用鲍威尔法或坐标轮换法),在许多经验公式基础上,编制了BASIC语言程序,对阿暂公式中的τ浇进行优选。运算结果表明,所选优化方法准确,程序通用性较强,优选的τ浇值合理。为浇注系统CAD的研究提供了新的参考。
In order to aid the selection of pouring time, τ_p, a computer program has been developed on the basis of many experimental expressions, with the help of complex method and Interion penalty function method which is no constrained optimized method is either coordinates alternation method or powells method. the calculating results show that the methods are correct and pouring time selected is applicable. Hence, a new research branch for the CAD of gating system has been provided in the paper.
