摘要
矩阵最小二乘法处理全组合互检光学零件数据,不仅提高估计精度,且可估计测量误差。数据处理简单、方便、可靠,适于微机处理。
The matrix least square method deals with combination measurement of co-tested optical elements. The method can improve precision of data processing, and estimate measurement erro. It is simple, convenient and reliable as well as suitable to microcomputer processing.
