从劳动力的内涵浅析教育是生产力

EAUCATION IS A PRODUCTIVE FORCE——AN ANALYSIS FROM THE CONNOTATION OF LABOUR FORCE

本文从劳动力的内涵出发,分析指出,教育是潜在劳动力转化为现实生产力的重要条件,是生产力持续发展的重要手段。因而,教育是生产力,是构成生产成本的要素之一。并据此提出,加强教育事业和智力开发,加强对管理教育科学人才的培养,才能促进我国现代化生产力的持续发展。

This paper takes the connotation of labour force as a starting point. After analysing the connotation of labour force, the writer points out that education is an important component in the procedure for turning the labour force into a realistic productive force, and is an important way of continuously developing productive forces. Therefore, education is a productive force, and is one of the most important elements in forming the production costs. Based on the analysis above, the writor suggests that in order to speed up and keep our modern, productive forces we should not only augment our education and strengthen intellectual development, but also enhance the training of those who will be qualified in management, education and science in the future.
