本文分析了我国粮食科学技术的现状和发展,对我国粮油食品的开发、饲料资源工业开发、粮油储运技术开发、微电子技术的开发应用等粮油科学技术的方向和任务作了宏观的阐述。

The present paper makes an analysis of the current condition and development of grain and Oil science and technology in our country and a macroscopic exposition of the orientation and tasks in grain and oil science and technology including the development of Cereal and oil foods, the exploitation of feed protein resources, the application of grain and oil storage and transport techniques and microelectronics and so on.
