摘要
以 ZF()小种为对照菌株测定出太谷稻区稻瘟病菌的致病力较强,同时用全国统一的7个稻瘟病菌生理小种的鉴别品种测定出山西省太谷稻区存在有两个生理小种即 ZD_1和 ZE_1小种。这两个小种在性状特征上与 ZF_1J_1小种有着明显的差异。用太谷稻区稻瘟病菌的混合菌株测定了来自于山西农大水稻育种组提供的杂交后代的高世代品系及外地引进的抗源等20份材料的抗病性。初步筛选出能抵抗太谷稻区稻瘟病菌侵染为害的9个品种(系)。为山西省抗稻瘟病育种工作提供了品种抗性依据。
The pathogenicity of rice blast in the region of Taigu was stronger than the Z F_1J_1,the check stain.At the same time,two physiological races,ZD_1 and ZE_1,were found in Taigu region,using 7 standard identifying varieties of physiological race of rice blast.The resistances of 20 rice varieties were determined.Nine varieties(strains) resistant to the rice blast were selected in Taigu rice region.
