摘要
用Ames试验,活体小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验和骨髓多染红细胞微核(MNPCE)试验对102种常用中药的水溶性提取物进行诱变性筛选。结果Ames试验诱变阳性的有黄芪、槐花、杜仲3种;小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验和MNPCE试验阳性的有黄芪、槐花、杜仲、洋金花、茵陈、熟地、红花、连翘、丹皮、桔梗、肉桂、羌活和苦参13种。
The mutagenicity of 102 Chinese herbs was tested with a battery of assays including Ames' test, micronucleus and chromosome aberration of marrow cell in mice. It was revealed that three among the subjects were positive Ames' test, they were, Astragalus memberanaceus Bge. ,Sophora japonica L., and Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. And thirteen were found positive in other two tests, they were. Astragalus membranaceus Bge., Eucommia ulmoides Oliv., Sophora japonica L., Datura metal L., Artemisia capillaris Thunb., Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaertn.) Libosch, Cartha-mus tinctoriu L., Forsythia suspensa (Thunb. )Vahl, Paeonia suffruticosa Andr., Platycodon grandiforum(Jacq.) A.D.C., Cinnamomum cassia Presl., Notopteryg-ium incisum Ting, Sophora flavescens Ait.. Additionally, issues might affect the results of the tests were mentioned.
