摘要
本文以萘普生片剂为对照,对蔡普生及其钠盐栓剂进行了药效学研究.结果表明两种栓剂的镇痛作用均显著强于片剂,而两种栓剂之间无显著差异.两种栓剂的抗炎作用显著优于片剂.两种栓剂均有明显解热效果,但与片剂比较三者之间无显著差异.
The pharrnacodynamies of naproxen and naproxen sodium suppositories have been studied by contrasted with naproxen tablet.The result of investigation indicates that analgesic effects of the two suppositories are greater appreciably than the tablet (p<0.01),but no significant difference between naproxen and naproxen sodium suppo- sitoies(P>0.05).Anti-inflammatory effects of the two suppositories are signficant apprecianbly to naproxen tablet (P<0.01;P<0.05).The antipyretic effects of the two suppositories are significant' and has no difference between each other in three prepara- tions (P>0.05).
