颅内血管母细胞瘤26例临床分析

Analysis of 26 Cases of Intracrantial Hemangiobrastoma

本文报道26例颅内血管母细胞瘤,对此瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后等问题作了初步讨论。认为:周围血中红细胞增多应警惕该瘤的存在,CT 检查是诊断该病的有效手段。并描述了此瘤在CT 图像上的四大表现。对于复发者应尽可能再次手术切除肿瘤,仍能收到满意的结果。

Twenty-Six cases of intracranial hemangiobrastoma are reported in the paper. The authors discussed the clinical appearences,diagnosis,treatments and results of the tumor,and considered that the erythrocytose usually is a warning of hernangiob- brastoma.CT scan is the useful method to find the tumor.The four characters of the tumor in the CT pictures are also described.Operation is the major way of the treatments.The reoperations on those recurred patients are helpful and often with good results.
