摘要 研究了二辊斜轧穿孔工艺因素对 GH131合金毛管质量及穿孔作用力的影响。指出轧辊转速是影响毛管质量的主要因素,轧辊转速低,管坯易出现孔腔,转速较高时毛管易出现分层。若将轧辊转速降到出现分层的临界转速以下,增大前进角,选择合理的加热温度和变形量,则可以完全消除 GH131合金的孔腔和分层缺陷。 The influences of the factors of a two roll cross piercing process on quality of GH131 alloy shells and on piercing forces are studied and the main factor effecting shell quality is found to be roll speed.Holes would appear in shells with lower speed and laminations would apoear with higher the speed but these holes and laminations in shells of GH131 alloy can be completely eliminated if the roll speed is reduced to the level below the critical speed causing the above defects with larger advancing angle and rational heating temperature and deformation.
