摘要
对湖北省1985~1987年作了宏观营养及膳食结构的调查与分析,证明膳食中维生素A、B_2及钙不能满足人体需要,蛋白质数量不足,其中完全蛋白质<30%。其它营养素基本上达到供给量标准。膳食中奶类食品平均每人每年仅占0.8kg,大豆类平均每人每年不到6kg。建议到2000年各种营养素供给量应满足基本需要,提高膳食中大豆类比例,增加奶类及禽蛋类食品。
According to the analysis of a macro-survey of nutrition.& dietary constitution in the 1985-87 years of Hubei Province, it has proved that protein, Vit.A,B2 and Ca in diet cannot meet the need of human body,the reason of which is that the amount of protein is insufficient, of which perfect protein is less than 30%,while the other nutrients are just about to the standard allowance.Moreover,it has been found that the yearly milk food in diet taken by an average person is only 0.8kg, more than that, the food made of soybean is less than 6kg. Therefore, it is suggested that by the end of 2,000 year,the supply of all kinds of nutrients should meet the basic need of human body.Meanwhile,the proportion of soybean in dietary as well as the milk, poultry and egg foods should be increased.
