摘要
通过对不同张力减径阶梯形钢管的试验、测定和分析得出,采用φ100自动轧管机组提供的钢管,经过引进设备SRM270-D-24型张力减径机减径减壁后,其钢管的壁厚偏差明显改善。
Testing, measuring and analyzing of stretch reducing of stepped pipes with dilfrent dimensions show that the wall thickness deviations of the pipes rolled on 100 plug mill can be considerably improved if both diameter and wall thickness of the pipes are reduced by imported SRM 270-D-24 stretch reducing mill.
