本文论述了合理的顶头设计必须与穿孔变形区的特点相适应,并考虑斜轧时的补偿角及选择合适的顶头形状,分析了主要参数的确定.
It is delt with in the article that a rational design of the piercing mandrel plug must cope withthe characteristics of the deformation area under piercing,meanwhile the compensating angle requiredwhen cross rolling and an appropriate plug shape should be taken into account.Also analyzed is thedetermination of the relevant major parameters.
