摘要
试验研究表明:用适当加宽定径带的大锥角普式外模空拔钢管能显著减小钢管壁厚不均,可变增壁为减壁,当空拔总减径量较大时,可减少拔制道次。
The results of experiments indicate that with big die (?)ngle to empty sink steel tubes,wall thich-ness uneveness was considerably reduced,the original wall thickening phenomenon eliminated,insteadof wall thinning,and that when the total size reduction amount caused by empty sinking was suffi-citenly big,number of passes were decreased.
