库兴氏病的垂体放射治疗

RADIOTHERAPY OF PITUITARY FOR GUSHING'S DISEASE

库兴氏综合征(Cushing’s Syndrome)又称皮质醇增多症,可分为垂体性,肾上腺性和异位性三种。由垂体、下丘脑功能紊乱引起的库兴氏综合征又称库兴氏病(Cuzhi-ng’s disease)。我院放疗科自1955年至1983年共收治库兴氏病105例,进行了垂体放疗,现总结报告如下:

From 1955 to 1983, 105 patients with Gushing's disease were treated by combination therapy (adrenalectomy+ radiotherapy of pituitary) or radiotherapy alone at PUMC hospital. Conventional pituitary radiotherapy was a safe and effective method for the treatment of Gushing's disease.The rates of complete and partial remission were 60% and 11.4%, respectively. The rates of recurrence and ineffectiveness were 13.3% and 15.2%, respectively.No serious complications were found. The method of radiation technique, the effect and prognosis are discussed.
