未分化小细胞肺癌的放疗加联合化疗

COMBINED TREATMENT FOR SMALL CELL LUNG CARCINOMA

近年来随着对小细胞未分化癌的发病过程和生物学规律的深入研究,目前认为肺小细胞未分化癌是一个全身性及非手术性疾病,宜采取放射加联合化疗的综合治疗。

157 patients with small cell lung carcinoma proved by cytology or pathology, including 128 limited disease, 29 extensive disease 29 were treated from April 1980 to April 1985. 24 patients were treated by chemotherapy alone; the rest 133, by radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.The response rates were 33.3% and 82.5%, respectively. The 1 and 2 year survival rates were 4.2%, and 0 % in the chemotherapy alone group,47.2% and 14.3% in the combined group. The results show that the combination of chemotherapy with radiation is more effective than,chemotherapy alone.
