摘要
鼻咽癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,鼻咽癌放射后五年内约有34.4％患者因原发灶及或颈部转移灶未能控制形成复发或扩散或癌肿合并大出血死亡,复发再次治疗为众家重视。本文收集放射治疗490例鼻咽癌。
A series of 82 patients with recurrent masopharyageal carcinoma were treated by radiotherapy. All patients have been followed 7 to 10 years.The five and ten year survival rates were 26.8% and 24%. The authors believed that the second course of radiotherapy is valuable for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The optimum radiation dose ranged from 65 to 70 Gy.
