摘要
放射生物学中氧效应的问题很早就进行过研究,放射敏感性与组织氧合程度的关系也为实验所证实。
The oxygen tension of normal and tumor tissues in mice was observed by electrodes under hypoxic condition,The oxygen tension was lowered when 9.0% to 14.1% oxygen was inhaled by mice.There was a time difference between the oxygen tension reduction in normal and tumor tissues. The oxygen tension in normal tissue was lowered in the first minute of hypoxic gas inhalation but it remained unchanged until 5 minutes after inhalation.This difference way be useful for hypoxic radiotherapy.
