侵袭性射频矩阵组织间加温时热分布状态的探讨

摘要 目前,侵袭性加温方法颇受人们重视,国内外不少学者对患深部肿瘤的病人用侵袭性方法进行组织间热疗,临床上取得了较为满意的效果。 Heat distribution at different sites and depths of 3,4,9 and 16 points in various experimental phased array hyperthermia by 13.56 MHz radiofrequency in swine skeletal muscles and phantom is reported,The temperature was measured at 5 depths of each of the 2-4 points in every phased array setup after BSD-200 power switchoff. The results showed that the most even distribution lay in 15 mm phased array in 3,9 and 16 points and 10 mm in 4 points, with 15 mm standing next. The temperature was least fluctuating at depth of 20-40 mm. The author believes the optimum depth of clinical hyperther-mia is 1.5 mm.
