纤维肉瘤的放射治疗

RADIOTHERAPY OF FIBROSARCOMA

本文对我院自1958年至1985年12月底收治的50例(不包括头颈部纤维肉瘤及有远地转移者)行首程放疗的纤维肉瘤患者作回顾性分析,以了解该病的放疗效果,探讨影响疗效的有关因素,为今后设计前瞻性随机分组提供依据并指导实际应用。

A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with fibrosarcoma who received their first course of radiotherapy from 1953 to 1985 is reported.The 5, 10 and 15 year survival rates were 27%(12/44), 23% (9/39) and 18% (5/28). The 5 year survival and local control rates of surgery plus radiotherapy group-were 44% and 60% whereas those of radiotherapy alone group-was O. The 5 year survival and local control rates of extensive resection group were 83% and 14% in contrast to those of local resection group, 38% and 38%.It is suggested that for patients with soft tissue sarcoma, the best treatment be extensive resection plus radiotherapy.
