摘要
食管癌为我省的高发肿瘤,多数患者需放射治疗。本实验为前瞻性实验研究,以期找出活血化瘀类药物复春片是否对接受放疗的食管癌患者的免疫功能产生影响。
The activity of serum complement and ANAE chrombsone were performed in 67 esophageal cancer patients who were given Fuchun . tablets before or after radiotherapy. Those without Fuchun served as controls. The activity of serum complement was remarkably higher than normal. The Fuchun tablets had not any influence on it. The ANAE was markedly reduced in the patients and Fuchun tablets were able to enhance the reduction after radiotherapy which implies that Fuchun tablets could suppress the cellular-immunity. In spite of improvement, by Fuchun tablets, in dysphagia, sore throat and other symptoms, no radiosensitization was observed.
