松果体瘤及松果体区肿瘤的疗效与失败原因分析

RADIOTHERAPY OF PINEALOMA AND TUMORS IN THE PINEAL AREA

松果体肿瘤约占全部脑肿瘤的0.5-1％。我院自1967年1月至1985年12月共收治松果体瘤及松果体区的肿瘤患者33例,采用术后放疗和单纯放疗,本文分析随访三年结果。

Thirty-three patients with pinealoma and tumors in the pineal area admitted from 1967 to 1985 are reported. A 3 year survival rate of 64%(21/33) and a 5 year survival rate of 52% (12/23) were obtained. Four (12%) patients developed local recurrence and 3 (9%) patients failed by spinal cord metastasis. Retreatment given to three patients with recurrences lead to satisfactory result in two. Whole brain and whole, spinal cord irradiation is indicated. Dose of irradiation should be 30-50 Gy/3-3 1/2 wk followed by local boost to a total of 55-60 Gy. The spinal cord should be given a dose of 30Gy/3-3 1/2wk.
