普鲁卡因并用顺铂的放射增敏效应

实验与临床研究发现顺铂有放射增敏效应,Pjordievic等实验研究表明普鲁卡因可增强加热放疗对Hela细胞杀伤。一些作者细胞肿瘤研究发现普鲁卡因可使顺铂抗癌作用增效,本文作者首次用普鲁卡因+顺铂治疗淋巴肉瘤取得显著疗效。为探讨普鲁卡因可否增强顺铂放射增敏作用,对100例易于观测肿瘤大小变化的中、低度放射敏感性晚期肿瘤患者。

A controlled pilot study on the impact of procaine on cisplatin-radiosen-sitization was undertaken in100 patients with malignant superficial metasta-tic or recurrent lesions. Patients with lesions of the same histopathology were alternately entered into three groups; radiation alone (R), radiation+cisplatin (CR) and procaine+cisplatin+radiation (PCR). The CR rates of these three groups were 13.5%,39.4% and 53.7%; the CR + PR rates were 62.2%, 82.8% and 98.1%; the RD60 were 41 Gy, 26.9 Gy and 15 Gy, respectively. The SER were 15.2 and 2.73 in the CR and PCR groups whereas toxic effects of the G-I tract and leucopenia were less frequent in the PCR group. This suggests that procaine could enhance cisplatin-radiosensitization and reduce the cisplatin toxic effects
