急性白血病的中枢放射治疗

RADIOTHERAPY OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA.

北京市肿瘤研究所、北京铁路总医院与北京市儿童医院协作,自1976年12月至1986年6月,对474例急性白血病患者进行了中枢神经系统预防性照射;部分白血病患儿由儿童医院进行随访,治疗结果如下。

From 1976 to 1986, 474 patients with acute leukemia were given prophyla-ctic central nervous system (CNS) irradiation. Of the whole group, 149 patients treated with 24 Gy to the whole brain supplemented with four to five intrathecal instillation of methotrexate (MTX)gave a CNS relapse rate of 4%. 44 patients treated with simple intrathecal MTX without irradiation had a CNS, relapse rate of 20.5%. five patients treated with high dose intravenous MTX only had a CNS relapse rate of 40%. Our experience shows that CNS irradiation plus intrathecal MTX is the best in preventing CNS leukemia relapse.
