摘要
精原细胞瘤发生在性腺外较罕见,生殖细胞瘤可发生在靠近中线的器官,如纵隔、腹膜后,松果体。偶见于前列腺、胃及胸腺。纵隔为其最常见的发病部位。
Five cases of extra-gonadal seminoma are reported. Four arose from the 昺ediastinum and one from the sella turcica. All were partially resected and treated by pastoperative irradiation of 40-60 Gy to the mediastimum and 39 Gy to the sella turcica. Recurrent and metastatic lesions were re-irradiated to 30-40 Gy. All five patients are alive 2 months to 7 years after treatment.
