摘要
DNA是细胞遗传及生长繁殖的物质基础。DNA的结构损伤直接影响了细胞的各种生物学功能。
The X-ray induced mouse leukemia L1210 cell DNA single strand break and rejoining were studied by improved membrane filtration method. The results showed that X-ray irradiation could induce L1210 cell DNA single strand break and a linear relationship between X-ray dose and DNA single strand break was observed. Under proper conditions, the broken DNA single strand could rejoin. The influencing factors in this method are also studied.
