摘要
本文针对某引进高炉泥炮设备在结构上的不足,按泥炮炮嘴在有效工作轨迹上的“三重合”要求,对该泥炮进行了机构的综合分析和优化设计,分析了原因及改进方法,得到了一些有价值的计算数据,对消化和吸收引进技术做了一定的工作。
Regarding the structure problems found in some imported BF clay gun, the clay gun has been analyzed comprehensively and designed optimumly accroding to the requirement that the mouth of the clay gun must be 'three coincide' on effective work locus.
In this paper, the causes and the improvement are analyzed, and some worthy calculation data are helpful to the work about digesting, attracting of importing advanced technology.
