摘要
高精度带材的生产需要恒定卷取张力。通常,恒定卷取张力是由恒功率控制系统来实现的。本文提出了三种实现恒定卷取张力的恒功率控制方法,通过实例对这些方法进行分析和比较。
To produce high precision strip, the constant tension control for coiler is needed. Consequently, the constant coijing tenaion for bydraulic coiler is realized by means of constant power control system. Three constant power control methods to achieve constant coiling tension were presented in this paper. These mctheds are analysed and compared according to practical example.
