摘要
本文在综合国内外多年来关于齿轮失效监测的研究成果及其经验的基础上,根据作者所进行的大量齿轮失效试验研究的分析结果,建立了齿轮失效监测的专家系统ESGFM(Expert System for Gear Fault Monitoring)。本文阐述了该系统的构造、实现原理及方法,并给出齿轮监测实例。
The expert system for gear fault monitoring, called ESGFM for short, has been built based on the analysis results of a vast amount of gear fault monitoring tests engaged by authors and the available others research experiences, at home and abroad, in this field. ESGFM's structure, design principle and method are described, and a simple example of gear fault monitoring with this system is given.
