摘要
本研究用477只SD和Wistar大鼠制作缺血性脑卒中模型,结果表明:种系、麻醉剂、年龄和双侧颈总动脉不同间隔时间结扎对脑卒中发生有影响。因这两种鼠价廉及来源广泛,手术简单易行,制作出的脑卒中症侯出现率高,有一定存活率,所以该模型较理想。可依不同研究目的,在成年Wistar或SD鼠行双侧颈总动脉同时或间隔一定时间结扎,制成用于不同研究目的之缺血性脑卒中模型。
In 477 of Sprague-Dawley (SD) and wistar rats, ischemic cerebral stroke model (ICSM) was made to observe the effects of strains, anesthetic agents, age, sex, time intervals of bilateral common carotid artery (CCA) ligation (BCCAL) and unilateral CCA ligation on ischemic cerebral stroke (ICS). The results showed that accidents of ICS were affected by strains, anesthetic agents, age, time intervals of BCCAL, but not by sex. The ICSM was ideal because SD or Wistar rats were cheap and easily available, and the procedure was simple and easy, with 16-77% of animals saffering from some symptoms and signs, and 12-73% survival, Thus, different ICSM for different purpose of research can be made by the way of simultaneous BCCAL or BCCAL at different intervals in aduit SD or wistar rats of random sex.
