摘要
报告用原子吸收光谱法测定四川产冬虫夏草及福建清流县医院培殖的冬虫夏草无性阶段一中国拟青霉(CN80-2)中七种常见微量元素和宏量元素Ca、Mg。结果表明两种药物中九种元素含量均极丰富,而以天然虫草更为富含。两种药物间的含量仍存在显著的差异性(P<0.01)。CN80-2的水提液及醇提液中Ca、Mg、Cd、Mn和Zn也有显著性差异(p<0.05~0.01)。
Using atcmic absorption spectrophtometric technigue, authors underwent a comparative study of 7 kinds of trace elements and Ca and Mg compostion in the natural Cordyceps sinensis from Si-Chuan and that of artificially cultivated paecilomyces sinensis from Qing -Liu county.Reaults of the ditermination revealed both of then are rich in the nine respective elements; the natural Cordyceps shows in particular,an even richer resource, and that the difference between them is statistically signeficant (p<0.01) .In addition, the difference betweem water and alcoholic extracts of Paecilomyces sinensis in their respective Ca, Mg,Cd.Mn and Zn compositions is also significant statistically.
