Survivin和VEGF在尖锐湿疣中的表达及其相互关系

Expression and correlation of Survivin and VEGF in condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因生存素(Survivin)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达情况及其相互关系。方法:免疫组化法检测51例CA组织、15例正常皮肤组织中Survivin及VEGF蛋白的表达情况。结果:Survivin和VEGF在CA及正常皮肤组织中的阳性率分别为60%(34/51)、78.4%(40/51)和6.7%(1/15)、26.7%(4/15)。CA组织中Survivin和VEGF表达的阳性率与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性,且CA中两者的阳性率呈明显的正相关(P<0.01)。结论:Survivin和VEGF与CA的发生、发展密切相关,且两者在CA中的表达具有一定的协同性。

Objective： To measure the expression and to determine the correlation of Survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the lesions of Condyloma Acuminatum （CA）. Methods：Survivin and VEGF were measured with immunohistochemical technique in 51 cases of CAand 15 specimens of normal skin. Results： The expressions of Survivinand VEGF in CA were 60% （34/51） and 78.4% （40/51）, respectivly, in normal skin were 6.7% （1/15） and 26.7% （4/15）（both P〈0.01）. There was strong positive relation ship between Survivin and VEGF in CA （x^2=17.5, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Survivin and VEGF may play important roles in the development of CA, and their effect in CA is synergetic.
