摘要
慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)红细胞 ATP 含量明显高于正常对照组,与红细胞膜(Na.K)—ATP 酶活力呈负相关。与血清肌酐及尿素氮呈正相关。ATP 含量增加可能来自于三方面:①ATP利用受阻;②“泵的逆转”增强;③腺苷摄取代谢加速及内转换过程。ATP 含量升高似乎是一种代偿性能量代谢调节作用,对 CRF 有利。
Erythrocyte ATP level in pathients with chronic renal failure was found to be significantly higher than that in normal control.There was a negative correlation between the erythrocyte ATP contents and membrane ATP ase activity,and a positive correlation between the erythro- cytes ATP contents and serum creatinine or urea nitrogen.High concentration of ATP may be resulted from:1.impeded ATP utilization,2.strenghtened reversion of pump;3.increased uptake and conversion of adenosine.The Increased level of ATP in patients with CRF may be a compe- nsatoey regulation of energy metabolism and advantageous to the patients.
