短波紫外线照射对小鼠腹腔细胞化学发光及白介素1的影响

摘要 在单次136mJ/cm^2照射下,小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞最大吞噬能力及综合吞噬能力显著增强。巨噬细胞分泌白介素1(IL-1)活性没有显著变化。特大剂量(1085mJ/cm^2)照射,吞噬细胞吞噬功能未出现抑制作用。在136mJ/cm^2上累计照射,三次后小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞化学发光呈下降趋势。 In the present paper,the effect of UVC radiation of different doses and times on the perito- neal cell CL are determined by phagocyte CL method,using mice as the models.Within the range of medium and small doses,phagocytic function increased as the dosage went up.A signi- ficant change was observed in the group with a single radiafion of 136mJ/cm^2(P<0.05).Inhibi- tion of phagocytic function did not occur when a very large dose(1085mJ/cm)was used.After UVC radiation in dose of 136mJ/cm,IL-1 activity did not change significantly.The number of mouse peritoneal cell did not show significant change in all the experimental groups.
