“威-刘”海底输水管道设计与施工中的几个技术问题

摘要 “威-刘”海底输水管道西起山东威海市,东至刘公岛,全长约4公里,是我国目前最长的一条海底输水管道。该管道从设计施工到通水仅用了半年多的时间,它不仅为海底输水管道的设计与施工取得了一些实践经验,而且收到了很好的经济效益。本文除介绍此管道的设计与施工概况外,主要论述了管道在极软粘土地基上的稳定设计、牵引法施工中弯曲发送下水滑道的设计与计算、牵引力的估算等技术问题。 The Wei-Liu water supplying submarine pipeline is the longest one of the kind in China up to date.It is about 4 kilometers long from Weihai City to Liugong Island in Shangdong Province.It takes only half year from design to operation. The project was completed with a high economical efficiency and some practical experiences were achieved. In this paper a general introduction in design and construction of this pipeline is presented and such problems as the stability of the pipeline in very soft clay, design of bend slide for launching and estimation of drag forces are expounded
