AN INVESTIGATION ON ALLOWABLE STRESSES OF FATIGUE DESIGN FOR FIXED OFFSHORE PLATFORMS

疲劳设计方法可用于估算平台构件抗疲劳性能是否满足要求,在美国石油学会API RPZA文件中以及ZC海上固定平台规范中都有提及,即在疲劳设计中规定了疲劳许用应力。本文讨论了疲劳许用应力以及与它有关的波浪环境条件、结构响应和构件疲劳特性等各因素。

Fatigue design method can be used for assessing if fatigue resistance of a platform structure meets requirements and is described in APA RPZA and ZC rules for fixed offshore platform, in which allowable stresses for fatigue design are defined. The allowable stresses for fatigue design are related to some factors as wave climate, structural response and fatigue behaviour of members, etc. These factors are discussed in this paper and should be taken into account to define and use the allowable stressesfor fatigue design.
