摘要
本文给出了一种适用于高性能舰船的艇体结构可焊接铝合金四种常用典型焊接接头的S-N曲线及母材、焊材的裂纹扩展试验结果。 本文采用了“最大或然原理”和“含越出试件的Weibull概率作图法”两种方法进行p-S-N曲线统计分析。 本文分别用三种不同方法计算da/dN和AK值,并进行了比较。本文较详细地叙述了da/dN-AK曲线各参数的分析方法。文中还将试验结果与国外资料进行了比较。
Fatigue tests have been conducted in four types of welded ioint of aluminum alloy, used for high-performance surface ship construction. The relevant S-N curves are presented and the experimental results of the crack growth in the, parent metal and the weldments are described. The paper also gives the statisticai results of P-S-N curves for two types of weldments obtained by tse maximum likelihood principle and the graphics method of Weibull probability with runouts.In analyzing the data of crack growth three different methods for ca lculating da/dN and △K values are adopted and compared with each other The approaches of obtaining the characteristic parameters of da/dN-△k Curves are discussed. The test results are compared with the data of a similar aluminum alloy published in the literature.
