摘要
低温技术在生物医学中的应用,促进了生物材料低温保存研究的进展。医用生物材料(骨髓、胎肝细胞、角膜、皮肤等)低温保存与移植的成功,为临床治疗某些难治之症开辟了新的途径。生物体具有很微弱发光并反映生命状态的事实,有可能揭开生物材料在液氮(-196℃)中长期保持其生命力的奥秘,并为准确测定细胞、组织的活力提供可靠的证据。
The effects of cryopreservation and Qi Gong on the ultraweak luminescence from fetal iver cells were studied by a Single Photon Counting technique. The suspension of fetal liver ells were preserved in liquid nigrogen (-196℃) for 5 to 7 days, showing no significant uminosity difference from the fresh suspension of fetal liver cells. Qi Gong greatly increased he photon emission from both fresh and cryopreserved suspension of fetal liver cells. The echanisms of cryopreservation and Qi Gong effects on photon emission of fetal liver cell were iscussed.
