蕈样肉芽肿7例治疗体会

Experience in treatment of seven patients with mycosis fungoids(MF)

本文报告了应用PUVA、盐酸氮芥考的松霜、全身化疗、维胺酯分别治疗7例Ⅰ—Ⅲ期蕈样肉芽肿(MF)患者,取得较好疗效。认为应根据MF临床分期选择相应治疗方法。

Seven patients with mycosis fungoids (MF) were treated with PUVA, topical echlorethamine-hydrocortisone cream and systemic chemotherapy respectively. Good results were btained. It is considered that the method of therapy to MF selected on the basis of the clinical tage of MF gives the better result.
