摘要
从振动时效机理分析出发,分析动应力的影响因素和分布情况,并提出要产生局部的塑性变形而且不产生疲劳损伤时动应力大小的选择原则。对高强度铝合金方板以悬吊方式进行振动时效实验来检验。提出振动时效技术在铝合金应用中关键参数动应力的选择原则。
From the analysis of the mechanism of Vibratory Stress Relief(VSR),the influence factors and distribution situation of dynamic stress were analyzed , and the principle of choosing the magni- tude of dynamic stress was presented, when it need to have a local plastic deformation without fatigue damage. Then the high intensity aluminum alloy thick-plates' VSR experiment was tested by means of suspension. The principle of choosing dynamic stress was set forth.
