摘要
选择固相微萃取法萃取含笑花被片展开过程中的香精油,采用气相色谱—质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量.结果表明,5个时期的含笑花被片共鉴定出42种化学成分:萜类化合物18种、酯类化合物7种、醇类化合物4种、酮类化合物1种、烷烃类物质11种和未知物1种.其中,3个时期以上能检测到相同的化学成分有9种,分别是大=牛儿烯D、丁香烯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、β-榄香烯、γ-榄香烯、2-丁基-1-辛醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-乙烯基-1-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙烯基)-4-(1-甲基亚乙烯基)环己烷和辛酸丁酯.含笑花被片在不同发育时期其香精油化学成分的种类和峰面积有明显差异,以Ⅳ时期鉴定出的化学成分最多,达18种,而且峰面积最大(2810607),因此认为含笑花发育的Ⅳ时期是窨制花茶或提取香精油的最佳采摘时期.
Solid phase miscroextraction (SPME) was used to extract essential oil from Michelia figo perianth during its unfolding and the chemical compositions were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS), their relative percentage con- tents were determined by peak area normalization method. The results showed that 42 compounds were identified from perianth at 5 stages, including 18 terpenoid compounds, 7 ester compounds, 4 alcohol compounds, 1 ketone compound, 11 alkanes compounds and 1 unknown compound. 9 compounds were determined from more than 3 stages, including germaerene D, caryophyllene, phe- nol,2,6-bis ( 1,1 -dimethylethyl ) -4-methyl-, β-elemene, γ-elemene, 1-octano1,2-butyl-, dibutyl phthalate, eyelohexane, 1 -ethenyl- 1-methyl-2-(1-methylethenyl)-4 (1-methylethylidene)- and butyl eaprylate. The compositions and their peak areas were different distinctly in different developmental stages, the compositions were the most (18) and the peak area (2810607) was the largest at stage IV. So stage IV was considered to be the best picking stage of M.figo perianth to scenting tea and extract essential oil.
