长白猪体尺性状与繁殖性状的典型相关分析

Canonical correlation analysis between body size traits and reproductive properties of Landrace pig

对长白母猪的7个体尺性状和5个繁殖性状进行了典型相关分析.结果表明,体尺性状与繁殖性状间的第1和第2典型相关系数均达极显著水平(P<0.01),其典型相关系数分别为0.913和0.881,占总相关信息的91.2%.分析还表明:母猪的体尺性状与繁殖性状存在相关关系;母猪的体重、腹围、乳头数和体高对产活仔数、初生个体重和断奶个体重起主要作用,对母猪的早期选择应侧重于这几个性状的表现.

The analysis of canonical correlation for 7 body size traits and 5 reproductive properties of Landrace sows was conducted. The results showed that the first and second coefficients of canonical correlation for body size traits and reproductive properties were highly significant （P〈0.01）. The canonical correlation coefficients of the first and second were 0.913 and 0. 881 respectively, which represented 91.2% for the total correlation. The results also showed that correlations were presented among body size traits and reproductive properties of sow. The analysis indicated that main traits for the canonical correlation coefficients were teat number, perimeter of abdomen, height at withers, body weight of sows and number born alive, birth body weight, weaning body weight. It is necessary to pay attention to these traits of sow in early breeding stage.
