秀珍菇种质资源的ITS-RFLP分析

Analysis of germplasm resources of Pleurotus geesteranus by ITS-RFLP

对36个命名为秀珍菇的菌株进行ITS特异性扩增,结果显示菌株间没有多态性.根据ITS-RFLP及ITS序列,将36个菌株分为两类,第1类菌株包括Pl.g 0003、Pl.g 0006、Pl.g 0009、Pl.g 0016和Pl.g 0026,是糙皮侧耳,不是秀珍菇;余下31个菌株归入第2类,是凤尾菇,也不是秀珍菇.ITS-RFLP可应用于商业秀珍菇种性的鉴定.

Internal transcribed spacer （ITS） was specially amplified for thirty-six Pleurotus geesteranus strains. Results showed that there was no length polymorphism among strains. Thirty-six P. geesteranus strains were divided into two classes based on ITS-RFLP and ITS sequences. The first class including P1. g 0003, P1. g 0006, P1. g 0009, P1. g 0016 and P1. g 0026 belonged to Pleurotus os- treatu. Other thirty-one strains belonged to the second class. Strains of the second class are Pleurotus pulmonarius but not P. geesteranus. ITS-RFLP could be applied for identification of ＂P. geesteranus＂ species.
