摘要 采用1∶2配比病例对照研究方法,探讨饮食因素在成人脑瘤发病中的作用,共调查129例脑瘤患者和258例医院对照,计算比值比(OR)及OR的95%可信限和采用多因素条件Logistic回归模型进行统计分析,结果显示:喜吃腌制的咸鱼为脑瘤的危险因素,而新鲜的黄绿色蔬菜和水果,尤其是豆角、青椒、洋葱、菜花和柑桔对脑瘤有预防作用,维生素C在降低脑瘤的发病风险中起重要的作用。 A 1∶2 casecontrol study was carried out to assess the role of diet for the etiology of brain tumor. 129 cases of hospitalcontrol with other nonneoplastic and nonheaded diseases were interviewed.A dietary questionnaire was administered to all subjects by one of the authors. Odds ratios and their confidence 1imits were computed. Multiple regression for risk status was also used.Fresh yellowgreen vegetables and fruit, particularly kidney beans, green pepper onion,cauliflower and citrus, had a strong protective effect against brain tumor,more taking of salted fish was associated with increasing risk for brain tumor. Vitamin C had a important role for decreasing the risk of brain tumor.
