肺癌和结核病患者血清LSA含量与ATM检测

Assays of Serum Lipidbond Sialic Acid Quantity and Active Tuberculosis Mark in Pulmonary Cancer and TB

随机选取初诊为肺癌或结核病的住院病人，同时检测其血清ＬＳＡ含量及ＡＴＭ，最后取确诊者分组统计分析。结果：肺癌１５２例血清ＬＳＡ含量和阳性率为１７４±６０ｍｇ／Ｌ与８２．６％，结核病１０２例则为１３９±５６ｍｇ／Ｌ与５５．９％；两组差异十分显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。肺癌组与结核病组ＡＴＭ阳性率分别为２３．７％与７９．４％，差异十分显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。肺癌组ＡＴＭ阳性３６例中８例证实合并结核，而ＡＴＭ阴性１１６例中未发现合并结核者。上述结果说明，联合检测血清ＬＳＡ含量与ＡＴＭ对肺癌与结核病诊断和鉴别有一定意义。

The serum lipidbond sialic acid (LSA) quantities and active tuberculosis nark (ATM) of patients with pulmonary cancer or tuberculosis (TB),tentatively diagnosed,were assayed and analyzed after to be definitely diagnosed.The quantities of serum LSA were 174(±60mg/L) and 139(±56mg/L) in pulmonary cancer (152 cases) and TB (102 cases) groups:and in the both group,862%(131/152) and 559%(57/102) of the cases were positively elevated respectively (P<0001).The positivities of ATM were 237%(36/152) and 794% (81/102) (P<0001)In the cancer group,8 cases of ATM positive patients (36 cases) were confirmed having TB but none was found in ATM negative patient (116 cases).It was concluded that combined assays of serum LAS quantity and ATM were a important clinical value in the diagnosis and differentiation of pulmonary cancer and TB.
