摘要
目的:研究有色氧化铝玻璃复合体的溶血性和短期全身毒性。方法:采用分光光度计测定由试验材料所引起的新鲜抗凝兔血细胞红细胞溶解和游离血红蛋白程度。经口途径给服试验材料混悬液,连续给服7d,进行食物利用率及体重相对增长率计算及病理学变化检测。结果:有色氧化铝玻璃复合体溶血率小于5%,不会引起急性溶血。各组大鼠每周食物利用率及体重相对增长率指标之间均无明显统计学差异。未见实验组动物各重要脏器出现病理学变化。结论:有色氧化铝玻璃复合体在急性溶血方面具有良好的生物安全性。根据毒性评定标准判定为无短期全身毒性。
Objective: To investigate short term systemic toxicity and hemolytic activity of colored alumina-glass-composite (AGC). Methods: Fresh anti-coagulating rabbit blood were put into test materials and the hemolytic activities were detected by means of spectraphotometer. Suspension of AGC was fed to rats for a week, then the food using measured rate, avoirdupois relative rate and pathology examination were evaluated. Results: The hemolytic activity of alumina-glass composite was less than 5%. There was no significantly difference on toxicity test between experimental and control groups. Conclusion: Colored AGC have good biocompatibility in terms of hemolytic activity and short term systemic toxicity.
