摘要
目的:探讨三孔法行腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析我院为84例肾囊肿患者用三孔法行腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料,并评价三孔法腹膜后腹腔镜手术中直接扩张后腹膜腔的方法。结果:84例均顺利建立后腹膜腔操作空间,平均用时5.2min,无严重并发症发生。结论:三孔法Trocar直接穿刺、腹腔镜直接分离法操作简单、耗时少、创伤小、安全可靠,是一种值得推广的方法。
Objective：To investigate the technique of creating three ports in retroperitoneal laparoscopy for unroofing of renal cyst.Methods：The clinical data of 84 patients with renal cyst underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing by three ports were analyzed retrospectively,and the method of directly expanding retroperitoneal space during laparoscopy with three ports was evaluated.Results：All of the 84 cases were established retroperitoneal operating space successfully,the mean time was 5.2min,without severe complications.Conclusions：It is a simple,less time-consuming,less invasive,safe and reliable method to perform unroofing of renal cyst by retroperitoneal laparoscopy with three ports,which is worth to be spread.
