摘要
针对平煤集团戊8-22220综采工作面煤层群开采、瓦斯涌出量大的条件,研究并实施以上隅角插管抽放、高位钻孔抽放、本煤层卸压抽放为主,尾巷排放和风排管理并重的综合瓦斯治理技术,杜绝了煤层群、高瓦斯综采工作面瓦斯超限现象,确保了采面安全生产,实现了高产高效。
According to the author, cultivation of safety culture shall be realized on the basis of a number of key factors such as sticking to the basic characters of humanism, mine management norms and rules, cultural continuity, civilized condust and innvative ideas for the very purpose. The paper analyzes the importance of cultivation of safety culture and also discusses the ways to safety culture construction.
