河南省发展大交通、大市场、大流通的调查与思考

The Investigation and Consideration on the Development of the Traffic,the Market and the Circulation in Henan

改革开放以来,河南省作出了发展大交通、大市场、大流通的战略抉择,在建设综合交通运输体系、完善市场体系和发展社会化大流通等方面取得了一定成效。现阶段,围绕统筹区域发展和国家对中部地区"三个基地一个枢纽"建设的要求,河南省需要继续实施现代综合交通体系建设、市场体系建设、流通体系建设等五项举措,以更好地发挥区域优势,助推中原崛起。

Since reform and opening up, Henan province has made great strategic decisions in the development of thetraffic, the market and the circulation. And great achievement has been scored in constructing the complex traffic and transportation system, improving the market system and developing the socialized circulation. At present, to meet the requirement of balancing the regional development and the construction of ＂three bases＂ and ＂one junction＂ in the central region, Henan province should continue to implement some countermeasures to better give full play to the regional advantages and boost the development of the central region.
