基于循环经济的逆向物流发展战略

Discuss on Strategy of the Reverse Logistics Development Based on the Circular Economy

随着人们环保意识的加强,逆向物流逐渐引起企业的重视。许多企业都把逆向物流战略作为提高自身竞争优势、增加顾客价值和扩大供应链整体绩效的重要手段。然而,目前我国逆向物流发展中还存在许多问题,如法律、法规与责任机制不健全,企业缺乏对逆向物流的正确认识,缺乏相应的逆向物流处理技术与管理手段,供应链上的企业缺乏合作精神与有效整合能力等。因此,为高效利用资源,维护人类赖以生存的自然环境,促进逆向物流长期可持续发展,必须按照循环经济的思想指导逆向物流。要加快逆向物流法律法规建设,强化政府在逆向物流中的作用;要促进逆向物流资源的整合;企业要改变观念,高度重视逆向物流;要加快产品创新,加强回收处置技术设计和改造。

With environmental awareness being strengthened among Government and customers, reverse logistics enterprises gradually attracted more and more attention. Only in accordance with the mechanism of circular economy,can reverse logistics have long-term development. To analyze the operation mechanism of reverse logistics, the author finds some major problems with the current development of reverse logistics, and puts forward the request of development strategy for reverse logistics in accordance with the circular economy.
